1. Matches will be played at 9:00 pm and 10:15 pm every day.

2. If the team doesn’t check in to the lobby within fifteen minutes of the report time then the admins can decide on the results. (walk-over rule)

3. At least 3 members of the team who have registered should be among the playing 5.

​

4. In case an admin disconnects from the game server the winning team should send a screenshot of the results to the admin.

​

5. If a person has registered for the tournament in a team, he/she cannot stand-in for another team also If an unregistered player stands in for a team, he cannot stand-in for any other team for the rest of the tournament.

​

6. If a player disconnects, the game is to be paused instantly and has up to ten minutes to reconnect to the game. If this time is passed, the opposing team may continue the game, unless an admin demands the opposite. The affected player in this case still allowed to rejoin later on.

7. If any serious bugs occur, the game has to be paused immediately upon notice and the administration decides how to continue.

8. A game is finished, when an Ancient Fortress is destroyed, when the majority of a team leaves on purpose, or when the Kerala Dota 2 administration decides on it. (note: A game is not forfeited, when a player types “gg” or “ff”. Always wait for the ancient to be destroyed!)

9. In certain unavoidable circumstances where all players disconnect from the server and the match cannot be paused, the administration can decide on how to continue the match.

10. If players are found cheating/stream sniping, admins will take action against the player/team even up to disqualification from the tournament and all future tournaments
